I bought something but the items does not appear in my inventory, what do I do?
As you purchase the VIP pass you will receive a confirmation message letting you know whether the transaction was successful or a failure. If successful you will immediately unlock VIP benefits which can be seen as you navigate previous menus e.g. Orders will now have VIP orders available.
You will also have the ability to claim VIP rewards on the Reward track(located on the right hand side) provided you are at the correct level to claim them. In the top right corner of the Reward track you will also see a timer informing you how much longer your VIP status will last.
If you purchase an item from the Shop such as Item Boxes or Seeds, these should appear on your next visit to the dream garden at the bottom of the screen. Tap them to place them in the Garden. In the case of Item Boxes, in order to release the rewards you will need to tap the box multiple times until all the rewards are released and the box disappears.
When purchasing Coin bundles, these will be added to your in-game coin balance (shown on the top right of the Dream Garden).
If you made a purchase and did not receive the item/coins/VIP benefits described above you can try closing and restarting the app to see if that changes. If the issue persists please submit a
